Frequently Asked Questions
How can we help?
Answers to the questions we hear most about printing, direct mail, artwork files, and turnaround at Super Printers in Laguna Hills.
How do I get a quote?
The fastest way is our Request a Quote form — tell us the product, size, and quantity, and attach your artwork if you have it. You can also email sales@superprinters.com or call (949) 863-1100. We usually reply with a complete quote the same business day.
What file formats do you accept?
A print-ready PDF is best — 300 DPI, CMYK color, with 1/8″ (0.125″) bleed on all sides. We also accept AI, PSD, INDD, TIFF, and high-resolution JPG files. Not sure if your file is print-ready? Ready to submit? Use our Upload Your Order page — we’ll check your file for free before anything goes to press.
How fast is turnaround?
Most standard jobs are ready in 2–4 business days. Copies, flyers, and small digital runs can often be done same or next day. Large offset runs, signage, and mailing campaigns take a bit longer — we’ll give you an exact date with your quote. Rush service is available on many products; just ask.
Can you design my project for me?
Yes — our in-house design team handles everything from business card layouts to complete direct mail campaigns. Bring us a rough sketch, an old file, or just an idea, and we’ll take it from there.
What is EDDM (Every Door Direct Mail)?
EDDM is a USPS program that delivers your mailer to every address on selected postal routes — no mailing list needed, at discounted postage rates. It’s one of the most cost-effective ways to reach entire neighborhoods. Learn more on our Direct Mail & EDDM page.
Can you provide a mailing list for my campaign?
Yes. We build targeted mailing lists by location, demographics, industry, and more — including new-mover lists so you can reach people who just moved into your area. We handle the data processing, addressing, presorting, and USPS paperwork end to end.
What is fine art scanning?
We operate a museum-grade WideTEK 60ART-800 fine art scanner — contact-free, up to 1200 DPI, for originals as large as 60×80 inches. It’s ideal for artists, galleries, and collectors who need archival scans or giclée reproductions. See our Fine Art Scanning page for details.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
You can pick up your order at our shop at 22822 Granite Way, Suite A, Laguna Hills, CA 92653 (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM). Local delivery and nationwide shipping are available on most orders — let us know what you need when you request your quote.
Is there a minimum order?
No hard minimums — we handle everything from a single fine art reproduction or a small batch of copies to offset runs in the tens of thousands. Pricing gets better with quantity, and your quote will show the options.
